I must admit that I am not one to normally post on social media or write reviews. However, in these challenging times so filled with negativity, I do feel a responsibility to express my appreciation and love for those around me who greatly deserve it and AMBER SMYSER at Jim Olson's office deserves a huge THANK YOU!! It seems to be my good fortune that Amber answers the phone every time I have a question or concern about any of our coverage with State Farm. Not only is Amber friendly, patient, knowledgable, thorough, and very helpful, but she also has a great sense of humor (I know because she always laughs at my jokes)! I am so impressed with how quickly she looked into my concerns, contacted the regional office, confirmed additional policy discounts, and helped facilitate my receiving a "refund check" for the "overpayment" of our premium. Amber let me know to expect the refund in about three weeks, but much to my surprise it came in less than one. The timing couldn't have been better and was a big help! Thank you, again, Amber! You are greatly appreciated! And thank you to Jim and his entire staff, too!

Our parents were insured by State Farm with the elder Mr Olson before I could drive. Fast forward a few decades later, all our policies are still bundled with State Farm.... home, auto, rental, umbrella, earthquake .... no other company including AAA can beat the cost with loyalty discounts, although the cost is secondary. Jim Olson's staff provides the most excellent customer service.... extremely personable and responsive✨💛✨. Their customer portal is convenient to make payments, research history and report mileage.

Jim and his team are so responsive! There was a snafu with my license because of moving states and they kept me informed of the process to get everything fixed and were instrumental in making sure my insurance didn’t lapse! Thank you Jim and team!
